Position : Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
2. Fluent Speak English
3. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
6. Have good skills of analyzing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving
7. Experienced in managing a team is preferred.
8. Can work independently and to work as a team.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. domicile Surabaya Area

Job Description:

1. Manage Inbound
2. Check Document (Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Qty)
3. Receive product at System WMS
4. Putaway to Inventory Location
5. Leading operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy goals are met
6. Monitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound and outbound inventory
7. Assign and delegate tasks to inventory personnel to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
8. Create forecast of inventory needs based on production activities and ensure that all stocks are ready for production purposes.
9. Cycle Count for 15-20 SKU
10. Lead Stock Opname every twice of month
11. Maintain inventory Location
