Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety Health & Environmental; Responsible for all of the engineering department safety related matters, provide on and off-hour emergency response support including; equipment repair, damage control as needs
• Planning and Design scope of work according to the results of the analysis from the reliability engineer so the the project to be carried out is in accordance with the plant needs
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex technical information such as electrical drawings, manufacturer data, and operating and maintenance procedures
• Review ongoing projects to ensure performance based on program monitoring as recommendations to improve plant efficiency and reliability
• Prepare the resources to support the activities and included into the yearly budget and long-term business plant
• Involved in departmental budget preparation by submitting data on project costs for the following year
• Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, Scope, contract, Execution, Commissioning, Handover and Reporting 
• Involved in the Tender process ranging from drafting specifications of work, analyzing tender bid documents, and seeking the information as necessary as a basis for decisions 
• Review Output and Quality Project performance to ensure all process as plan, cost and time as scope, objective and deliverable 
• In charge of planning, organizing, and executing unit for inspections, all repairs, and cleaning
• Develop plant performance program, test procedure, schedule, execute, data collection, analysis, reporting, and database based on their project
• Provide comprehensive reports, and follow-up to mitigate failures and prevent them from happening again in a good structure and implement them into Operations, Maintenance, and company systems

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical or related discipline or combination
• 5 years experience power operating and maintenance experience in a large, modern coal fired power station or similar industry
• Have a knowledge of project management principles as applied to major new works capital projects, procurement projects and maintenance shutdown projects
• Knowledge of and ability to identify probable causes of malfunction; reporting procedures and practices, main practices; electrical and mechanical drawings, and generating nomenclature
• Ability to read and understand technical information, drawing read, understand and follow blueprints, design drawings, complete work as needed
• Have high level proficiency in writing and communication in English
