• HR DEPARTMENT (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Work Location: 

• Kuningan, Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
2. Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operaations
3. Monitor attainment of objectives
4. Help director to translate documents in English/Mandarin/Bahasa
5. Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
6. Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
7. Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (from any major) with 1-2 years experience in similar position
2. 1-2 years fintech experience is preferable
3. Must fluent in Mandarin & English both writing and speaking
4. Fast learning with diversity thinking and innovation capability
5. Strategic thinking and business development experience
6. Bussiness analytical skills for complex business challenges.
7. High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction
8. Strong negotiation skills in tense situation as well as resolving conflict.
9. Excellent time management and communication
