1. Asset Management Staff

Job descriptions:

1. List expiry, update rental, open/close store
2. Create ESOF and vendor
3. In/out documents and innovation

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree (International Relations and Affairs or Law)
2. Able to use Microsoft Office
3. Fluent in English both verbal and written
4. Interest in the retail industry

2. Merchandising Admin Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to manage the flow of merchandise and ensure on-time delivery of products
2. Assist in managing product orders and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels
3. Assist in creating and updating product catalogs, price lists, and other marketing materials
4. Manage and maintain product information and data in internal databases and systems
5. Support the merchandising team in other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

1. Educations: Min High School Diploma/General Education, Bachelor's Degree, Diploma
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
3. Able to use SAP will be an advantage
4. Fluent in English both verbal and written
5. Knowledge of retail operations and trends is a plus
6. Able to work on tight schedule and under pressure

3. Accounting Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Calculate and maintain record of fixed asset depreciation/disposal/transfer for store opening/closure and provide its monthly reports; perform AUC (Asset Under Construction) clearing in SAP
2. Produce data/reports for internal management and statutory purposes.
3. Create number of Internal Order, prepare Capex, AUC, and asset number in the system based on information from finance for Purchasing, P&D, and IT team to ensure all asset has internal order number
4. Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree from Accounting 
2. Experience: fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in related field 
3. Special skills: SAP, Ms. Excel
4. Ability to handle high-pressure environment with high pace growth
