Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for the preparation of each project business plan
2. Coordinate with all departments to assist in the smoothness of business operation
3. Monitor progress & KPI from all departments
4. Prepare presentation and report related to stakeholders
5. Additional ad hoc activities to support the operation

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Engineering or any related major
2. Min. 3 years experience as Business Development in the property/real estate industry;
3. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite is a MUST, especially Excel and PowerPoint
4. Strong financial modeling, analytics, and quantitative skills
5. Strong written, verbal, and English skills
6. Strong knowledge of the Property/Real Estate industry
7. Willing to work full WFO in Alam Sutera - Tangerang
